Transmission of "Test Card"

Does any channel (perhaps a TV Engineer's set up chanel) transmit the "Test Card" or equivalent as was seen regularly in the 1950s & 1960s.
If so, how can a layman access it to check & adjust the colour, focus & dimmensional settings of a TV. (NOTE: I can receive and view both SKY satellite and Analogue terrestrial signals.)
Or, perhaps a DVD of a "Test Card" is available to enable such adjustment? If so, how can I get one?
