TiVO Question!!! (DVR)

Hello everyone, I need help... I have a Dish Network DVR (not a TiVo, but works the same way), and I have bunch of movies on there, how do I transfer them onto a PC??? Please help!!!

Watched the trailer,and laughed my socks off

The special effects are far superior to the duff Enterprise tv series which has just ended here in the UK,after four cringing series.Anyone remember Archer's dog Porthos becoming ill?
