Name of children's cartoon about talking horses?

The cartoon isnt a really old one i don't think. most likely late 90's or 2000's (culd be wrong)
it was about horses living in a pack or wateva in the wilderness. they culd talk.

the enemy in the show was a blue stallion with a black mane (maybe a scar) i think he had an evil crow as a friend.
the main character was hated by the blue horse, who didn't want him falling in love with this pretty female horse (either he was jealous or was the father.. dno)

i watched it as a kid in aus probs on the weekend. its so annoyin coz i can't remember the name

lol no i did mean australia. but it was most likely made in america (n therefore prob set there or at least sum green wilderness. not the australian outback)

its definitely not horseland.
no stable or lil girls or bridle n gear.
if there were humans it wuld be ppl tryin 2 catch the horses or taking over their land (but thats just a guess). but i dont remember any human characters

tho the horses in the cartoon im talking about prob r a cross between horseland and the movie 'spirit: stallion of the cimarron' (in looks).
the big difference bein there was a (light) blue horse.. but it didn't look weird. or maybe wen younger a blue horse seemed perfectly normal 2 me

ill hav 2 ask my friend if she nos any other details
