indian tv serials on my pc

hi guys!!!!!!!!! can any one tell me that how can i watch indian tv serials on my pc live . my net speed is 128kbps.... and is there any site for free where i can watch tv as we watch on cable normally whenever i want????? hlp me....
and also tell me that from where i can get latest movies both bollywood and hollywood downloaded for free?????? hlp m out...... i will b really thankful to u...... whosoever hlps me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
