Need help with 80s cartoon title...

I remember watching this cartoon when I was little (80s) about a group of animals in a forest. They all talked (of course). I remember one of the animals was blue (possibly a squirrel) and one of the other animals (possibly a squirrel, too) was madly in love with him. He was trying to sort out whether he was in love with her or not. It's been a long time. Oh, I also remember that the Elton John song 'Crocodile Rock' or something very similar to it was featured in it. It had a lot of songs in it, but I can't remember if the animals sang or not. Please help somebody, this has been bothering me for years. Thank you in advance.

There is a part in The Sword In The Stone that is like that. The wizard turns into a blue squirrel in the forest and is harrassed by another sqirrel that is inlove with him.

Yeah, im inclined to think it was Sword In The Stone also. He was quite a slim blue squirel and she was quite a chunky one and she chased him all over the trees. And then "boy" turned into a fish and Merlin joined him.
