Were wuld I be able to get a copy of lied without the internet or download it?
And are there any channels it comes on?
I wuld like 2 no also why they made it so gruesome and evil.

Well at the official website, http://www.vap.co.jp/elfenlied/, they advertise that they have it available on DVD and VHS, but that might be only in Japan. I'm not sure how widely the series is distributed, but you could inquire at a local video store (like Blockbuster, for example). If it's available in the US, they could special order it for you.

I'm not sure about where you can watch it on TV at present, but there has been talk of it eventually being shown on HBO.
