Does Anyone Know The Name?
OK

Does anyone know the name of, I think, anyearly to mid-90s television show on i think CBS Kids!?It had a dressed up dragon that once road around in a hot air balloon?That's all I remember. It wasn't a cartoon, it was kind of like sesame street or something.
