dvd player freezes

dvd player freezes

I have a RCA DVD Player that isn't even a year old and there is a few disks that I try to play and sometimes it will freeze and I have to unplug it to get it going again, does anyone know what could be causing it or what I could do to fix the problem without having having to go out and buy a new one.
