90's show with a girl named melody jumping on a piano?

Ok I cannot remember the name of this show for the life of me. It had some tall green dinosaur looking thing as the main character I clearly remember his little friend name "bibble" who was a little colorful ball-type thing that wiggled around on the floor..and made weird noises but did not...

Does anyone remember this movie? Its about this girl who starts jumping horses off of a high platform and jumps them into a pool or something. Then something happens one time she jumps them and she goes blind and keeps doing it though?
