80's or 90's childrens show

I can't remember for the life of me the name of a children's show! All I can remember right now is that the PEOPLE in the show were dressed up as animals. I remember the toucan or parakeet, I think it was, the most. I remember that there was about 4 of them holding arms singing down a street. I know they were humans dressed up in costumes. I'm looking it up now but am having a hard time. PLEASE help.

I found the answer. It wasn't a man it was a woman dressed as a bird. the name of the show was.....are you ready.......Zoobilee Zoo!!!!!! Gosh....that show dissapeared off the grid!! Let me know if anyone else remembers this crazy show!!!!

I LOVED Zoobilee Zoo!!!! My mama kept all of those things that she used to record for my sister and I.

Yeah Zoobilee Zoo. U can see little snippits of it on YouTube.com. The bird lady was my favorite. Her name was Talkatoo. lol
