    Most guys like you to make the first move.

    Go up to him, and comment on him such as "i like that shirt"and then you go and tell him that you need to speak in private.

    You go in a private place the tell HIM HOW YOU FEEELL!!

    The worst thing he can do is say "uh i don't really like you i beter get movin".
    Which is perfectly fine. Don't take it in so harsh cause it's just a crush.
    There's plenty more and I'm sure you'll find one!
