What should I get my boyfriend for his birthday?
He and I have been going out for 6 months this wednesday and he is the most amazing guy ever. He is a year younger than me but hey, age is only a number. But his birthday is on the 29th of this month and I have NO CLUE what to get him and he won't tell me anything except that he wants to see me. I have that part covered but still want to get him something. He plays football, wrestles and gets paid to playing games (what guy doesn't) like COD4 and Halo. Also, I don't think I should but he has a twin brother. Should I get him something too?

You really didn't give ua budget. That can make a huge difference here. I gather you guys are in your late teens. Given these details, may I suggest a really nice, framed, photo of either you, him or you and him (a shot from the past) Also, you can go online to CafePress.com: Shop, create or sell what's on your mind with custom T-Shirts, unique gifts and more. and you coud design him a cool T-shirt, or hat or... bunches of choices.

Personally I have always enjoyed a "memory" gift. That is, you both do something really cool together. Examples could be, take him to the aquarium, special nature spot, go for a hike / walk somewhere romantic.

Another idea is, make him a quick memory book with photos and text. You can go online to create it, and pick it up at a local store.

Here is a cute idea too. Make him a coupon book, full with coupons for special things you will do for him, that he can use for one year. Things like, I'll wash your car, You can break one date without explanation, I'll cook you dinner etc.

Something else he may enjoy is some type of tickets for a sporting event, or sports memrobilia gift.

You see, without a budget, hard to say. Hope this helps though.

Thanks, those are all good ideas. He is 15 and I'm 16 and my budget is around 40$... It's not much but I'm young and don't have a job or a car so I can't do much.

Well, try going online and looking for some interesting gifts. Remember that you can also access many stores online. Brows through the Walmart pages, or Sears, or what ever you feel like. With those you can go to the store to get the gift.

Another really cool gift, especially for teenagers; Mall Giftcards. With that he can choose from a number of stores, and get what he likes. Contact your local mall for those.

Not knowing what he is like, may I also suggest getting him his latest favorite CD or DVD. Something you could both listen to / or watch.

Having raised teenagers, boy and girl, I was trying to thing of what they liked at that age. My son received several really funny pairs of boxers from a few girls. But I don't know if that was an inside joke? LOL

Since he is a gamer, you could also go for a novelty gift for a gamer, from one of those stores in the mall that sells gag gifts.

Gosh, I could go on and on... LOL too many ideas. Hope maybe one will do it for you.

Have a look at http://www.simplythankyou.com/ they have all sorts of different ideas from gift experiences, golf days, electrical gifts right through to smaller ideas like sweet hampers. It's a great site and everything can (if you want) get delivered to straight to him so it's an even bigger surprise!
