School Dance Dress

I am in Middle School and I need a place to get a cheap (under 30 dollars) CASUAL dress. Any good stores? I have already looked at forever 21, macy's, and pacsun.

How far away is your Dance?
You can get some really pretty dresses off e-bay but they take a few weeks to be delivered..

Downside, you can't try it on.
Upside, no-one else will have that dress or even have seen it anywhere.

Some second hand stores will have dresses that have been used only once. ie (prom, or brides maid). If you could pick it up cheep enough, it might be worth altering.

i like to search the clearance racks, especially at little hole in the wall stores and target. it's cheaper, and people are less liekly to have the same thing as you. the second hand shops, like rockie suggested, are an awesome idea
