I have a huge crush on my neighbor, we were getting so close, I lied to him about having my first kiss with some guy, then it became a bigger lie, I told him tht I did more, just to impress him. I felt ashamed about being prude, I'm 15 btw a sophomore, he's a senior 17. I've known him since I was 4. I feel terrible, I don't knoe what to do, I've lied to him in the past, and when he gets mad, he ignores me for a few months! It kills me, I honestly would do anything for him. I just don't want him to feel like he cant trust me if anything happens in the future. He's currently dating a freshman, he basically chose her over me. But I still want him to be my first kiss and anything else. I've never felt this way before. I just don't know how to tell him that I lied. I love him. I can't function correctly if he doesn't talk to me. Please help!!!! I feel terrible!!!!
Be honest with him. Tell him you were only trying to impress him. He may get upset for a while but sooner or later he will understand. If he cares at all about you then he will come to his senses and be yours. If not - then it was never meant to be.

Does he show any interest in you and do you feel like he really likes you if there is a connection just be the one to take the first step tell him how you feel and tell him that it was just so that you could impress him if he might be pissed off but believe me if he really likes you he will come around and try not to add any more lies to the one you've already told him and in future try not to lie to impress any one

Tell him as soon as possible! If he realizes that you did lie from someone else and you didn't tell him, he'll be even more mad at you. Even though he might be mad when you tell him the truth, it's much better coming from you than from someone else.

I don't know, I thought he felt the same way I did. But he always proves me wrong, he flirts with me then goes out with some other girl. I don't know my friends and family r saying he probably is scared of hurting me, if he ever wants to break up or something, other ppl r saying he's waiting on me...idk what to do

He probably thinks of you like a sister or a friend, turns out my neighbor liked me since we were 10, I'm 15 and he's 16 now and the whole time I looked to him as just a really good friend don't get me wrong he's attractive just not to me I love him to much like a friend and when he told me it just confused me and made things awkward
