He doesn't want to give you his attention. See? You text him so he knows about you but he doesn't care to talk to you. Find someone else.

The Guy I like and I started texting recently but he doesnt really know me. I ask him if he wants to hangout he says Nah, i ask if he wants to play 21 questions he says No, although sometimes he will send me winky faces he doesnt notice me in public, besides one time when i first Saw him in Tim Hortons he was staring at me and as soon as my friends told me he looked away so.......Does he know I exsist. or am I invisible to him as I thought and If I am invisible.....HOW DO I GET A GUYS ATTENTION!

Don't be rude, your youth is really showing here. You came here asking for advice , you got it. And I think you meant any other answers not request.

This guy says he does not want to hang out with you. That is about as clear and answer as any. He is not interested in you. Don't act desperate. Leave him alone.
