I want to really know from a guys perspective, what do you find hot or sexy in a girl(preferably a teen girl).

honestly dude, when i was teen (im married now) i dated a lot of girls not too pimp them, but to see what i like in a girl. It's too hard to really tell what is hot and sexy in a girl b/c we all have different preferences. Obviously the girl should be hot in your opinion, but i would just date as much as possible so you can really find out what you want. In my opinion, that's the only way to really know. Do realize hot and sexy isn't limited to physical features. Intelligence is one thing i thought was hot. It's even better when you find a smart girl who is hot.

be yourself... personally i like a girl who respects herself and others. it sounds old fashion but it makes you different. it seems like every girl is trying too hard for attention. most of the time they get it, but its bad attention.

To me, a "hot and sexy" teen girl:
Is very friendly
Shows respect to others
Listens to others talk, and doesn't always try to talk about herself
Cares about other people
Offers to help someone else when she can, or knows how to help
Doesn't gossip about anyone
Only talks about others, if she has something good to say about them

I think I want to try and clear up something here, when you say hot and sexy I think you say to guys what do you lust after, instead of what do you want in a partner, some of the replies above me^^^ are mostly describing what they want in a wife/girlfriend, but if your saying what do guys lust after it's pretty simple something beautiful(which although vague) is pretty simple, because lust is an attraction(not saying love isn't, just lust is something more sexual) and guys would classify "sexy" as a beautiful girl (nice face, breasts, legs) however just because she is super hot doesn't mean you are in love with her your just in lust, but what I LOOK for in a partner is best described by gene wilder, he said that there is a connection between people, he said it's was like being at a party with your friends and your friends say look at that hot girl over there, but you say look at that one over there,it's a special feeling unlike any other, it's all about perspective and individuality so don't go and try to change yourself based on what I say or they say^^^ you are who you are, someone will eventually love you for who you are

And in my day it was the pasely clothes and the knee high boots, but don't see much of that these days.
