I wouldn't be okay about it either, and would seriously leave her alone if she has so little self respect. Tell her you don't need drunk friends who do such things.

Where are the parents that would allow a party in their home where liquor was available? Not only available? But in sufficient quantities to get someone drunk? In many places the homeowner could be arrested for that. And whoever she had sex with committed rape. At 13 she is under the age of consent. Even if she wasn't drunk, it would have been illegal. People who allow such things to happen in their home need to be arrested.

and are you sure of the "friend"? Could she be trying to freak you out?

And at 13, you are kind of young to be interested in a girl as anything more than a friend.

The way I see it you have two choices. After you have confirmed what happened, you either disassociate yourself from this girl because any 13 yr old that gets that drunk is heading for a bad end. Or you try and help her. Make sure this was a one time mistake (which would involve letting her parents know what happened.

......i honestly dont know who to belive her Friend use to like me idk if she is just lying to me or what but i talked to the girl i liked she said she shouldent have gone P.S she and her friend snuck into her other friends party where i was told she was raped the point is i been friends with this girl for like 2 years and this happens..........

the parents...........her dad raped her he is in jail and her mom consantly yells at her i really dont blame her for drinking.but i wanna find the son of a bi*ch who raped her and beat the outta him

No you don't. She needs to go to the police and report it. Hopefully its not too late and some evidence that she had sex with him can be shown. Remember, she is underage so it doesn't matter whether she consented or not, it just needs to show that sex happened.

The best thing you can do for this girl is to encourage her to go to the police. You can't take the law into your own hands.
