From what you've stated above, it sounds as if he's pretty interested in you. Boys have funny ways of showing it sometimes, but teasing and trying to make you jealous are two very obvious signs. He's also paying alot of attention to you, and acting like he doesn't want any other guys to get in the way of a possible relationship. If you're still in your preteen to young teen years, with the maturity level there, I'd say he likes you but is too afraid to really publicly show it or tell you. Just give him time to adjust to his feelings, and he'll eventually open up. I'm assuming you like him, too, if you're wondering what he's thinking of you.
