my best friend says he misses me n wants to see me but he said he doesnt like me any n we've been friends for over 7 to 8 yrs.. straight n we did go out but it never worked. and i like him a lot... n we've never stopped being friends and i tell him how i feel bout him and i dunno what to do.. we're thinking of going to the movies together but with two more friends b/c he thinks it'll be considered as a date even though its a friend thing.. so i dunno i wanna hug him n he said its alright but im confused what should i do... he means a lot to me i just dont wanna live without him being in my life... please.. help...

You really, really need to find some new friends. There will be many friends in your life, and you will find one who likes you very much.
Don't stay "stuck" on just one boy. There are too many out there.

Respect the territory of friendship; if he feels that you may misread his actions, he will want to distance himself from you, he does not want you to get the wrong idea. He will honor the friendship, you must do likewise, yes, it is true that you like him a lot, but you said it yourself, it did not work out. You know that there is another lad interested in you; however, he does not quite measure up to your good friend. Do not cross-compare. They are two different people, who knows, the guy awaiting on the horizon might be justwhat the doctor ordered. Be open to him.
