confused,lost,heartbroken.is he a playboy and what should I do?

So.. i need help about this story.
There is a guy I like.. I'm 14 yrs old and he s 17.He used to flirt with me...we used to fight because i went out with my group to the beach and I hated it because he's not my boyfriend.He's cute and he seems really a good person but yesterday i was hanging out with my friends and i saw a lot of guys(about 10) going out of an appartment(of a guy too) and then another different group of people went in the same appartament and this guy was one of them:s.What should I do??stay near this house and see if he goes in again?and if he does what should I do?? or forget about him?(really HARD!)?? I think these guys are doing sex things in this appartament and they are under 18 :s. NEED GREAT HELP.
