I would say $50 is about right.

I found that ring was better as did not catch on trousers, belts etc

And just use lots of salt water to clean. It does hurt but only like having your ears peirced so wont last long.

I wouldn't do it. My friend got hers done and has had to get it redone three times because they push themselves out.

I had mine done years ago, so I don't remember the price, but $50 (USD) sounds about right. I had mine done with a barbell and never put in a ring; I liked the barbell because it was a little flatter and didn't seem to catch on a lot of stuff. But, never having a ring, I can't say a ring is better/worse. Probably best to go with whichever you like! I was told to keep mine clean with Bactine - NOT hydrogen peroxide EVER. Bactine disinfects and keeps it clean, but doesn't sting when applied. Clean it often and you shouldn't have any trouble. If you notice an infection setting in, get it treated ASAP.

The ring is really really simple to clean but the barbell is what I got and mine was just fine. Mine did push out a year after I got it and I had to get it redone. It hurt a little more the 2nd time but the first time wasn't bad. It was over in a matter of seconds and it didn't hurt at all afterward. And don't use too much salt! That is definitely bad. It's all totally worth it because it looks so cute when you wear a bikini or whatever, you know?

i paid 99 dollars..including jewlery and aftercare.
it doesnt hurt, infact, the piercing itself doesnt even hurt.
the clamp that they use to hold ur belly button up hurts! haha
i just closed my eyes and it was tiny lil stinging, TRUST ME its over in like
2 seconds.
very lil pinch.
use the aftercare, just clean with q-tip everyday
therse no after pain, i thin kthere might be a little after u first get the piercing
for like 10 min
but um yea, just take a shower regularyy, dont play wit hit too much!
its such a cute piercing i luv mine
