bad erections
hey, i get really bad erections when im around girls and i was just wondeing if theres anything i could do.....

There cant be anything bad about an erection, only it happening when you dont want it to. You can show self control over your urges. You cant be all that old if this happening. Masturbation would elleviate part of the problem.

also,change your thoughts to something a little less exciting...

think of something boring and focus on that.
