My wife and I are opening our new & first Italian restaurant and would like to add to our menu an introduction letter stating a liitle bit of how it all started etc...etc..

Can anyone help in advice(s), tips?

Congratulations on the starting of your new business! I hope that it goes really well for both of you!

In my opinion, something like that in a menu should be not too long and easy for anyone to read. So, it's best not to get too wordy and to make the font large enough for anyone to read.

If you would like to post a draft of your letter on this thread, without putting any contact information in it, I'm sure that there will be those of us here who'll be willing to come along and suggest to you ways that you might make improvements to it.
