| It will all depend on the district. Find out about the school demographics, and it will help you with your answers. In general, you should be able to answer questions about how you will teach reading to your students. How would you set up reading groups? What will you do for your early finishers? How will you work with students with special needs? How will you teach Math and make your lessons interesting? What will you do if a child misbehaves? Do you work well with others? (Will you collaborate with other teachers?) Are you taking continuing education classes?
