Will Partprepayment amount gets deducted from Long Term Capital Gain

Hi,

I have Flat pruchased at rs.1200000 in Year 2006.

I want to do part prepayment and want to know if i sell this flat next will this Amount which i did partpayment get deducted form Capital Gain, as i have already paid tax on the amount.
