    When is the last legal day employers have to send out the W2 tax forms?
    I have not received my W2 Tax Form from my previous employer. I want to confirm the last day the W2 Forms have to be sent out by law?

    The Forms W-2 must be mailed or otherwise made available by 31 January 2011.
