What Tax Form I should use

Hi,
I am from India. I was on OPT for first 3 months then turned to H1B for the rest of the year. I worked for the same company so I have only one W2 form. I also have some stock in my company that I purchased. I also donated some amount for which I can claim tax exemption.

Last year I went to H&R block as I had income from my school (on student scholorship) and my company (working on OPT) . H&R block people filed 1040NR for me.

Do you think I should take some professional help or can I file 1040NR-EZ . Thanks a lot.

See the previous post which I just edited in red. That should answer your questions.

Bottom Line: You are dual-status. File Form 1040 (marked "DUAL STATUS RETURN") with Form 1040NR attached as a "Dual-Status Statement".
