W-8BEN forms for H4
Hi,

I am here in US on h4 status and i got one checking accnt and a savings accnt as my daughter who is US citizen as primary and i am the custodian, in Bank Of America. Do I need to submit W-8BEN for those accnts?

No, they should have YOUR daughter's SSN on them.
