VA State Tax for H4

I am on H1-B I have filled joint federal tax and I had attached W7 for ITIN number for my family (Spouse & kids). After 20 days I received ITIN for my family. Now shall I file joint VA state tax for my spouse and me together. If I am filling tax together than shall I write ITIN number of my spouse in place of SSN number in VA State Tax form as my spouse does not have SSN.
