I Am Paying The Mortage On My Deceased Parents House[daughter And Grandchildren Living There I Have Not Probated Will Still In Parents Name Can I Claim Mortgage On My Income Tax?

No, you cannot claim the mortgage interest. The house does not belong to you; it belongs to the estate.

If you are paying the mortgage, you can recover that cost from the sale of the house.
