TAX treaty for J2

My wife works in California. She is J1 Visa holder and tax treaty. I got work authorization (as J2). We are from India.

She doesn't pay TAX being a Tax treaty.
Do I need to pay Tax?
We are staying in USA less than 2 years

Yes, YOU need to pay taxes.

The treaty exemption that allows your wife to "work" tax- free does NOT apply to you.
