yha we want tax id for taxfiling for our child.
he don't have any SSN & we don't know how to get SSN or tax id
he is not going to any daycare.tax id is needed to just to include him while filing the tax
can u help us to solve these???????????

You can fill out Form W-7 and submit it tothe IRS. I believe your need meets one of the exceptions that allows you to get an ITIN without filing a tax return.

You can get the form and instructions at Internal Revenue Service.
