Someone illegally filed my child

What can I do?

Can I find out who filed my child and how can I prevent this from happening again?

They will investigate, probably ask for proof that you are the child's parent, then, eventually, give you the exemption. They may or may not tell you who claimed your child, but they *will* go after whomever claimed the child illegally. Count on it!
