CPT Tax exemption?

Hi! I am an international student from Mexico and I'll be doing a CPT in Vermont this summer I would like to know If CPT is exempt from FICA tax and which are the tax forms I should use for this CPT employment? Thank you!!

If your visa is still F-1 or J-1, then, yes, you ARE exempt from FICA taxes.

I cannot cite the form you need to file, but your employer can find out with a phone call to the IRS.
