    Taxes returns, unemployment with dependence
    I live in Utah and was on unemployment in 2010 I have 2 dependents and did not have taxes taken out I asked a lady7 at a lone center where iusally get them done if and could get anything and she said no but I have talked to friends and they did? I am a singel mother
    My unemployment totaled $6,450 2010 is it worth going to a tax professional?

    Sorry, but unemployment compensation does NOT qualify you for any of the credits that are refundable, such as Child Tax Credit, Earned Income Credit or Making Work Pay Credit.
