    Attaching abank accounts
    Is there any protection from ataching joint bank accounts if only 1 person on the account has a judgement against hin?

    Yes, normally the account will be frozen and the party who is not part of the judgement will have to file in court and prove what part of the money is thiers. Deposits matching their pay checks and so on.
