Form 1040 (Schedule C) Profit or Loss from Business (Sole Proprietorship) or Form 1040 (Schedule C-EZ) Net Profit from Business (Sole Proprietorship). Read about self employed (or independent contractor) tax filing and payment of estimated taxes: Your U.S. Tax Return: Tax Filing by Self Employed Sole Proprietor or Independent Contractor

Form 1040 (Schedule E) Supplemental Income and Loss (From rental real estate, royalties, partnerships, S corporations, estates, trusts, REMICs, etc.)
