Return of Medicare and SS tax on F1

Hello Sir/ Mam

Hope all is well ! By the way of introduction my name is Aleem Khan i am from CT. I have a question on Medicare and SS tax . I was on F1 from 2002 jan to 2005 oct. During this period i worked for 2 years , 1 yr on CPT and 1 yr on OPT during this period my employers took out money for Medicare and SS from my pay check. I would like to know if i can get this money back.
