pat time resident in NYC, need tax publication, have forms

I relocated from New York City to Georgia April 09, 08. How do I count months especially for NYC. ( full 4 mnths)? . I don't have the tax publication with NYC credits how do I obtain one? Thankyou

A simple Google search will get you to NY's income tax website - see below. You can get instructions and download forms there. You will need to file IT-203 with NY State.
