Yes go to Internal Revenue Service. You can download previous years forms.
2006 return can not be e-filed. It must be paper return.

Thanks for the info.
I had filed my 06 returns in 2007 only. So I don't need to file my returns. I was searching the IRS site for link where I can download the return that I submitted last year but was not able to get.
Can you please provide the exact link? Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Dheeraj

If you are looking for a copy of your return - that is NOT available on any web site. You must submit a request to the IRS to get a copy of your previous return. Here is information on how to do that:

Tax Topics - Topic 156 Copy of Your Tax Return – How to Get One

If you want a true copy of your return it costs $39 and will take 4 weeks or longer. However, you can get a "transcript" of your return for free in about 10 days - the transcript has all the relevant information on it, but is in a much condensed form.

If you had your return done professionally, contact the tax pro.

He/She has a copy on file (required by law). They may give you another copy for free, but expect to pay a small $5/$10 fee.
