Contact the state and ask them for the data. They obviously have the data and will provide it to you if you ask with the intent of filing your return.
Once you get the printout, go to an experienced tax professional. He will have the needed software from that far back and can produce the returns relatively quickly.

What RainSoftly is attempting to do is not all that unusual. People simply forget or are unable to file for a couple of years for a variety of reasons, and then are afraid to come forward. More times than not, they do not owe taxes, but are due refunds which they lose if they don't claim them fast enough. |
