living in a state other than where we were incorporated

We incorporated in Arkansas but have now relocated to Missouri. How do we file taxes? I was told we could file as a foreign corporation but can't find any information on it. Would appreciate your help

Go hire an enrolled agent and get out of the way. Corporate returns should be handled by tax professionals.

You can reincorporate in the state you have relocated. Advise prior state (arkansas) of your status, and apply for Missouri corporate status. Atlanta was probably correct in seeking some professional help.

In Missouri you are a foreign corporation. You must register in Missouri as a foreign corporation. You register with the state (Franchise Board). Check at the state web site, they will certainly have information about registering as foreign corporation.
