L1 visa holder who holds property in US

I suppose to apply L1 visa.

Somebody says "If visa holder buy a property in US, you must report my entire worldwide income to the U.S."

Is it true?

Buying property has NOTHING to do with the process.

As a L-1 visa holder, you will eventually file as a resident alien.

ALL resident aliens MUST declare ALL world-wide income on their U.S. TAX returns.
