Income Tax Rules

Hi There,

I am currently on B1 with around a 3 months stay in Oregon. And after B1 I will be going back to India and filing an H1B for the same company.

I wanted to know the taxation rules for both B1 and H1B that would be applicable to me during the period of my stay.

Also would be great if you can help me with some web site where in I can find all the information I need.

Thanking you in advance,

Manoj
