imputed income for domestic partner

imputed income for domestic partner

I have received a W-2 (2007) form reporting imputed income for domestic partner medical insurance coverage.

However, my domestic partner and I were married in December of 2007, so I'm thinking that this W-2 should never have been issued.

Am I right?

AtlantaTaxExpert Tax Expert Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Atlanta, Georgia Posts: 9,793	I assume your domestic partner is of the opposite sex. If so, the income on the W-2 is still valid IMHO.
