    I haven't filed for 2003 and 2006 but filed the other years
    I am Bill and I looking to get information on how too file taes for the years 2003 and 2006 where do I go to file for those years thank you Bill

    You can file taxes for any year at any time. If you have a refund coming, there's no penalty. If tax is due, you'll have to pay a late penalty.

    If you have refund due for 2006, you will get it PLUS interest from the IRS and probably the state as well.

    For 2003, you have forfeited any refund due from either the IRS or state, as you have only THREE years from the initial filing deadline to file the return to claim a refund; black-letter law!
