For sure you need to pay Arizona taxes.

More than likely, some CA taxes may be due, but credits will be allowed for the AZ taxes paid to offset the CA tax and to avoid double taxation.

A phone call to the California Franchise Tax Board will get you a definitive answer.

    leoesch,

The short answer to your question, is yes, you will likely have to pay CA & AZ LLC taxes. California is an aggressive taxing authority. Assuming your LLC is registered in California, you will have at least the $800 minimum fee. However, you may be entiteled to credits for taxes paid in Arizona for taxes over and above the minimum LLC fee.

Hopefully this helps. If you need more information, please let me know.
