gift tax

My parents have a joint bank account. Each want to give me a gift of $11,000 each. Due to their age my name also appears on the bankbook so that I can do whatever banking they need to have done. My question is "since my name also appears on their bankbook would their be any problems for them to give me this gift or I to receive this $22,000 gift? Kindly advise. Many Thanks.
Norman
