    Im up to date on all my years of filing, I went through a divorce that year and wasn't sure how to file. When me 2nd husband and I filed our 2010 taxes they took 4100 from us cause of what my ex husband had done so other then that I don't own and what not...

    You didn't file an injured spouse form when you filed your tax return? (I guess you didn't. I learned the hard way - like I think you did.)

    My CPA said refunds are taking "around 6 weeks" in my area.
