Federal and State tax returns.

Does a florida S corporation have to file tax return if there is no income or loss for 5 years.

MukatA Tax Expert Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: CA Posts: 4,641	Yes, a S corp must file federal return form 1120S and corporation return even if it did not do any business.
